Our services are led by a highly knowledgable and experienced UK registered mental health professional. Our home therapy services currently operate within London (Zones 1-6).

Ayurveda translates as 'The Science of Life'. It’s a 5,000 year-old system for health and healing, with origins in South Asia.

In a safe, friendly and respectful space with a small group of six to eight people, you'll learn how to look after your well-being using a personally tailored Buddhist Ayurvedic approach.
